Health defines both physical and mental well-being. A healthy lifestyle add meaning to life. Maintaining quality health and fitness leads to good health. It is rightly said that health is wealth. A person having a good physical heath can function properly with low risk of disease. Taking care of physical health can enhance muscular strength, different body organ functions and reduces the risk of body injury. Mental health goes hand to hands with physical health. Good mental health endure life challenges , balances personal and professional life. It is crucial to consider health dynamics in terms of both physically and mentally. A healthy mind acquire being healthy. Healthy lifestyle includes, eating healthy , working out , proper sleep, good intake of water.  In this era of pandemic we have forgotten to take care of ourselves. Being indoors have made us so lazy. But workout is the only thing that can be easily done at home and doesn’t require any formalities. Workout increases our energy, mood, health, our motive of life. Poor health and busy schedule can make exercise more difficult and challenging but at the end its all about yourself, putting yourself, your well-being as priority. Exercise can be of any type aerobic, anaerobic and agility training. You have to find your type. Fitness don’t mean heavy weights, take baby steps ,start walking without burdening yourself but the best results always comes out of comfort zone. Being overweight causes a lot of diseases  in early age which are long term. Exercise of any kind always benefits. It is important to increase good metabolism and burn calories. Exercise helps to reduce weight, maintain it or again it. Exercise reduces cholesterol level which is directly proportional to good heart rate. Joint exercise is good for stiff muscles, swimming and jogging increases muscles strength. Exercise boots energy, your day goes more productive as your mind is fresh and you have physical strength. With the innovation and time, you can reduce weight of any part of your body by exercises for that certain part.

 

Gym is the best place to workout and exercise comparatively to home , as you become lazy and procrastinate at home, whereas in gym hours are fixed so you know you have to go and when you see other people working with you ,you get motivated. Moreover, gym hits your entire body, you get trainers ,Gym is good for your health and it gives you good fit, and you feel light. Toxic chemicals are also removed from the body and many diseases like heart, breathing and many other health risks. Being fit gives you confidence, enhances your social and moral values, upgrades your interaction with society. Fitness increases your stability of emotions, you know when and how to control emotions and anger. Be flexible in start while working in gym, in start you just have to get on right track.

 

Set days, time , trainer to exercise and be honest with yourself. Fitness apps are available to keep track of your daily steps. Warm up is essential before starting out. Check your weight before starting. Initially isn’t possible to lose quickly, as body needs time to adopt change and metabolism is slow at start. There is no shortcut to healthy fitness. Start is always challenging and time consuming but worth it. Making your mindset and right approach are the key factors than you can accomplish any challenge. Look at your past lifestyle and compare it with what lifestyle you want in next 5 years. A little workout is always better than nothing. Something everyday adds good amount in long term. Everyone have the same 24 hours you have, you just have to pick yourself up and exercise for yourself. But along with it clean eating is necessary . Both goes with each other than a better outcome is achieved. When you are healthy and fit , you will confident , happy, organized, determined and will enjoy life both physically and mentally. In short, exercise have both short term and long term benefits. Always have a physician at the back who knows your workout details and diet history so that in any case of health issue they can recommend tests and know the original roots.
