Ingredients

  • 50 dkg pork meat
  • 50 dkg smoked meat
  • 30 dkg dry beans
  • 10 dkg bacon
  • 1 big onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 red paprika
  • 1-2 pieces of hot green paprika
  • 1 white paprika
  • 1 tomato
  • some condiments
  • A half teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Water the bean and the smoked meat the night before the cooking separately.
  • Simmer the chopped onion, the paprika (not the hot one) and the bacon, and get it off the fire. 
  • Add the paprika powder, the pepper, the condiments, the chopped tomato the crushed garlic, water it, and boil it again 
  • Add the bean and the chopped smoked meat.
  • Taste and adjust saltiness.
  • Water it to obscure the stuff. Boil it to half-soft, add the meat to it, and boil it again. 
  • When it’s ready, water it, and boil it again, until it has no much soup.
  • Slice the hot paprika, and sprinkle onto the goulash.
