Muffins so usual and so tasty – Why we love them so much?
Delicious little cakes, have become an indispensable delicacy, and very often sweet, in modern times. Muffins can make in many different ways, and with so many additions, you can hardly get bored. And not only that. Given the speed of time we live in, it’s essential, what’s beautiful and tasty is healthy, and muffins give it A chance. To enjoy good pleasure as often as you wish, without remorse.
The interesting fact is that in America they became synonymous with healthy fast food. Therefore, they represent the perfect breakfast.
Muffins came from Great Britain, and some confused them with the cupcake, although they are different treats. In any case, their popularity is so much, that today has become one of the favorite treats, and has even managed to suppress the demand of the widely famous donuts, especially on American soil.
Since the combinations of ingredients are numerous, this seemingly ordinary delicacy can become a real sweet gastro delight. The essential components are more or less the same as in other test cakes, in whose composition they add flour, eggs, sugar or salt. However, by a quality selection of raw materials and delicious combinations of different additives can add to the basic mixture, you get a beautiful cake, which you will often want as breakfast.
Bacon and spring onion muffins
I make improvisation with these muffins, and quest what? Fantastic delicious turned out.
150 gr of bacon
2-3 feathers spring onions
two and a half tablespoons rye flour
Two tablespoons olive oil
Two teaspoons baking powder
Dice Bacon and fry the onions, and leave to cool. Separate the egg whites and yolk, and beat the egg white as well as you can. When it’s creamy, add egg yolks and stir them. If you are using the classic mixer then you will no longer be needed because it is more beautiful when the other ingredients mix up with a spoon or wire, the mixture does not “break” too. Then add the mixture into the flour. Pour the olive oil, add baking powder and Bacon with spring onion. Optionally, you can add the spices that you like.
This quantity is precisely six muffins. I baked them at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes maybe even a little shorter. In any case, once they get a beautiful golden color, check it with a toothpick is it finished.
Muffins with swiss chard and ketchup
I’ve decided that for breakfast a little turn on the imagination and so I make these fabulous tasty muffins.
One cup of ground seeds (linen, pumpkins, sunflower, sesame). Approximately 2-3 of the tablespoons seeds grind into the electric mill
Four tablespoons of spelt flour
One tablespoon salt
A little soda
One teaspoon of baking powder
One tablespoon olive oil
1 cup of mineral water,
Two teaspoons of ketchup used in chrono nutrition (no sugar and vinegar)
Bake for 20 minutes in the heated oven at 200 degrees.
The recipe for muffins with spinach was one of the first ones I copied when I started with the Chrono Diet. I wanted to equip myself with as many dishes as possible, so I wouldn’t accidentally lose my idea.
A half cup of olive oil
A half cup of flour (buckwheat, wholemeal wheat, rye, oat, and spelt)
One baking powder
One tablespoon of sea salt
1 cup of sparkling mineral water
2 cups of chopped spinach
This time I added more spinach. I switched the oat flour with the oatmeal. I may have overdone the spinach this time; you find your way. If you’re out of restrictions, you can mix the spinach with cheese. So can those who are in restriction, but then this dish should be considered complex, which means that it is eaten once every ten days or two weeks.
First, beat eggs whites, then yolks, and add half a cup of olive oil, and then flour. Insert baking powder, salt, mineral water and finally spinach.
From above sprinkle with seeds and furnaces at 200 degrees 40 minutes.
There’s no flour in these muffins. They made from eggs, some vegetables, and bran. If you want to add ham or fried bacon, I didn’t have it at home. And they’re done in ten minutes.
Half spring onion
Three straight tablespoons of bran
Two tablespoons of oil
Whisk the eggs, add chopped vegetables, salt, and bran. I was chopping onions, and the zucchinis grated. Mix all with a spoon. Take pork fat (can also olive oil or butter) and lubricate the baking molds well. Pour the mixture and put it in the heated oven — Bake for about ten minutes at 230 degrees. Three It’s supposed to be a beautiful blush. That means there’s a crust on the side, and it won’t be the glue to the extraction.
Bran and tuna muffins
All of my life I’ve experimented with food, I’ve always been in the mood to try a maximum of healthy and maximum of unhealthy food. In some of the rush of “healthy life” I was eating soy, I was a long time on Musli, but I never liked the bran. They were always dry and tasteless. Until recently. Until I realized how smart I could use them. It took me a long while, but the important thing is that it occurred to me.
I don’t like eating a lot of carbohydrates in the morning if I get up late. Or if I have to be fast-moving. That’s when my bran flake is my best option: lightweight, gluten-free, and no starch. And if you save them with healthy fats, like eggs, and in this case, tuna, there’s no way you get hungry before time.
They’re good for digestion and have a low glycaemic index.
For these muffins you need:
4 – 5 teaspoons of the bran
Three teaspoons of tuna
One teaspoon caper
One full teaspoon of baking powder
Spices: what you want
Mix eggs as foamy as you can, add bran, tuna, chopped capers, and spices. You stir everything up and pour it into the muffins. Before that, I lubricate it with a little bit of pork grease. I put a loaded mold in a heated oven and baked about ten minutes on 220 degrees. That’s it. Excellent!
Ham and Zucchini Muffins
This time, I made muffins with zucchini.
150 grams of oat flour
80 ml of mineral water
80 grams ham
Pinch or two sea salt
Two tablespoons of olive oil
1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
Wash zucchini and blow dry from the water. Cut gammon to dice. First, mix eggs to be foamy. Then add salt, baking powder, and olive oil. And then slowly add flour. In the end, slowly add mineral water. And then, gradually mixing with the tongue, add the zucchini and the ham. Put some greasy paper in the molds of the muffin and pour the mixture. Put everything in a heated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees. That’s how I cook it at my house because my oven is weak.
At the time of the fast you can eat for breakfast all sorts of pies and pie with mushrooms, cabbage, leek, there are a lot of combinations.
I decided to try to make muffins with mushrooms in a slightly different way.
I had around 250 gr buckwheat strudel dough, which cut into thin strips. Slice it into significant pieces half kg of mushrooms and a little leek, add salt and stewed in oil (a little water added, where applicable) some 25 minutes into a deeper pan. When you have excellently simmered threw some shredded strudel dough and added a glass of mineral water and all mixed nicely.
Especially churned three large tablespoons flour (spelt and buckwheat), with half of the baking powder and soda water (about a cup), added a cup of oil and mixed with strudel dough and mushrooms.
I get dense like a muffin, so I, put with a tablespoon mixture in the molds.
It burned up about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Seemed gooey, so I extracted from the molds until well cooled.
It was yummy, juicy and tasty.
50 grams of ham.
2OO grams of flour ( rye and buckwheat)
220 ml of mineral water
150 ml olive oil
One small teaspoon sea salt
Three teaspoons baking powder
One teaspoon oregano
50 grams chopped fresh mozzarella
50 g of chopped Bacon
First, dice the bacon and fry it. Everything else cut on dice. You can do without mozzarella to make these muffins. Instead, add some chopped mushrooms.
Mix eggs, add mineral water and oil in another bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder, oregano. Then add the dry ingredients into the wet. When all mixed, add the ham, bacon, and mozzarella or mushrooms and stir.
In the mold put the baking paper so the mixture that you made. Place them in the heated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. When they finished on top of all muffins, put a little tomato sauce.
If you are in restriction, these pizza muffins are among the complicated dish that is eaten once in two weeks, because mixing dairy products and eggs. If you eliminate dairy products and put mushrooms, you can eat more often.
