I’m a mother with five children, and I’m always in the move. Sometimes in the evening, I have no energy to cook too much. Yesterday, I woke up at 6 a.m. Made breakfast for us and I threw myself into the work. Later I quickly prepare lunch because kids come home hungry. After a long and stressful day, I have no nerves for cooking. Then consider just the salads.
This time the lettuce with canned tuna.
Lettuce with canned tuna
For this salad, you need:
Chop the lettuce and tomato. Salt it a little bit and add canned tuna. Pour the salad with a half of lemon juice.
The only thing I was missing is a few chopped olives.
If you are in restriction, skip tomatoes. Or make for lunch.
All you need is lettuce, arugula, canned tuna, little black olives, lemon for dressing and salt. And that’s it.
Kohlrabi tuna salad
Kohlrabi is one of those foods that we unfairly neglected in the kitchen. It’s an enjoyable taste, can be eaten raw and baked. Great with salads or fish.
Refreshing salad: ground kohlrabi, arugula, tuna, lemon juice, salt, and a little olive oil.
Zucchini noodles with tuna
Refreshing, tasty, quick, healthy zucchini noodles with tuna with olives and parsley sauce.
Wash zucchini, cut the ends and start peeling. Better when the zucchini is higher because ‘pasta’ is more extended, almost like that of the noodle. Salad of raw Zucchini
Very tasty and very crunchy. Just the way I like it.
Be sure to take those small, hard, dark green zucchini. Peel until to the inside of zucchini, mix with herbs oil, lemon juice, and a little olive oil.
Add salt just before eating in order not to let the water. This salad is excellent with chicken and fish, the way you want it.
Try these salads, and you will feel better in your skin. Children usually do not like salads, but if we teach them why it is essential to have a healthy diet, they get used to it. They will love these meals.
