Mini Burgers with Roasted Celery Root

PTCShare

Mini  Burgers with roasted celery root is one of my favorite dinner and lunch.

At celebrations, social gatherings, and in everyday life as part of the family lunch. Or the vision of quick meals purchased in fast food, burgers is a very popular meal in the world. Making them is not as hard and complicated as it seems at first glance.

Very often favorite and delicious food is the simplest. Beauty is in simplicity and why not learn how to make burgers. Adults will make you good housewives and hosts, and children will adore you.

Some believe that nothing else is added to burgers except onions, salt, and pepper. Someone also adds red ground paprika. You opt for the version of the ingredients that most suits your palate and the taste of those you prepare.

Healthy mini burgers

2 teaspoons chia seeds
250 g non-fat minced meat
1 onion
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
Himalayan Salt
4 radishes

Chia seeds overflow with water and allow to swell.

Combine with minced meat, add finely chopped onion, baking soda, grated radishes, and salt. Make the mixture well and make small burgers and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in the oven at 200ºC until browned and crispy edges.

Serve warmly with a seasonal salad by choice.

I served with lettuce and roasted celery root.

Celery root

Celery root grows because of edible roots, hypocotyls, and Sisak. It tastes similar to the upper part of the tree, mild and slightly bittersweet. The crust that wraps the root is beige, and the inner meat part is as white as a potato.

It looks like a big, ugly tuber, however, you don’t underestimate this plant because it’s a nutritional bomb, and it’s extremely nutritious (as well as many other root vegetables).

Celery root, in particular, should be represented in the diet during the winter. This vegetable contains an abundance of nutrients and is especially beneficial to the health of the blood vessels.

I find this recipe very tasty 🙂

Roasted Celery Root

100g cleansed root of celery

Chili powder

Salt

Olive oil

Scrub celery roots well, then trim the top and bottom with a sharp knife. Peel skin with a vegetable peeler, then uses a knife to trim any recessed or pocked parts of the root.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Slice the celery on sticks as you would for classic fries or like my triangle. Put it in a bowl sprinkled with some chili powder, salt, and oil. With your fingers, rub together and spread the spices on each stick, then transfer them to a baking tray covered with baking paper. Arrange them so that they do not touch each other. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
