Crunchy Crackers with cheese are one of my favorite food.
For me, the food of the earliest childhood was not a purely satisfying hunger. My grandmom says I enjoyed every bite, cheerful, muting and humming sometimes, that’s what she told me. When I was a little adult, the food was a ritual that gathered us around the table. Enjoying your favorite flavors was even bigger. When I started to mess up the food myself, I realized that in most cases, it was chopping, grinding, assembling of taste and aroma for me anti-stress therapy. If I’m still cooking for dear people, I’m even more comfortable with that ritual. Okay, we’re going to forget those days, when I hate a spoon to pick up, let alone prepare something. But luck, those days are a little.
Constantly researching and searching for new recipes, in addition to the Internet, various books, my grandmom’s undried heads, I find a lot of ideas on culinary channels. My culinary husband Jamie Oliver is undisputed, but I adore Maksuta, the famous Turkish cook, the famous motor cookers, as well as the bakery Paul Hollywood. But in order not to enumerate, there are a few more of them, I was going to tell you that everything on that channel relaxes me immensely, but indeed. Well, what can I tell you, when the cutest thing I get to sleep with is culinary magic.
Among the millions of recipes, I often find an idea for a new culinary challenge. This time I picked something easy, fast, shiny and tasty. That’s how they came in and these trials of Crunchy Crackers with Cheese.
Crunchy Crackers with Cheese
150 grams of flour (I used wholemeal Spelt flour, you choose any)
50 ml of water
50 ml of olive oil
1/2 teaspoons of salt
200 gr cheese
Make a soft dough from the flour, water, oil, and salt. Leave it for 20 minutes. Then, on the baking paper, stretch out dough with your hands. Squeeze your fingers slowly and drag the dough to the outer edges of the paper. Then with a knife or a pizza shredder, first cut the squares, then the triangles. Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese. Put it into the oven that you warmed at 200 degrees. Bake 10 minutes. Let it get a little cold. It’ll be at the same time crispy, and kind of soft. I don’t know exactly how to describe it. Try to make them anyway. They’re great.
It’s also very tasty if you make crunchy crackers instead of cheese with red onions and sesame.
On the dough, order a thin cut red onions and pour sesame.

- 150 gr of flour I used wholemeal Spelt flour, you choose any
- 50 ml of water
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 200 gr cheese
- In a bowl mix the flour, water, oil, and salt. It will be a soft dough.
- Leave it for 20 minutes to rest.
- On the baking paper, stretch out dough with your hands. Squeeze your fingers slowly and drag the dough to the outer edges of the paper.
- With a knife or a pizza shredder, first cut the squares, then the triangles.
- Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese.
- Put it into the oven that you warmed at 200 degrees. Bake 10 minutes.
