Chrono spaghetti Bolognese will be one of the best recipes for spaghetti Bolognese you’ve ever tried, as it’s been carefully tested in our kitchen.

Who doesn’t like the Bolognese spaghetti! A real classic that everyone is liking. In many ways, it’s a classic, very tasty version. If you prepare, you will not regret it!

In the chrono diet, we can not mix carbohydrates and strong meat. See chrono diet rules and restriction in chrono diet.

Instead of pasta I always use zucchini.

For zucchini, you only need a peeler knife that is now being sold everywhere. You have it at the markets, at the street sellers.

Peel the zucchini with it, see that it is not the middle of the zucchini because it is a lot of water, and just insert it in the sauce. Do not cook it because will fall apart or become too soft. Just insert into the sauce when it’s already done.

But my family wants a traditional spaghetti with pasta as in the old days 🙂

This time I prepared spaghetti in the traditional way just with the spaghetti pasta made from wholemeal spelt flour.

Ingredients:

For the sauce
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
250 g pork meat
250 g beef (minced)
4 tablespoons olive oil
50 ml of water
3 Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of basil (fresh or dried)
1 teaspoon of oregano (fresh or dried)
Black pepper (ground)
200 g concentrated tomatoes

2 l of water
1 teaspoon salt
50 ml of oil
300 g Wholemeal Spelt pasta-spaghetti (dry)

Clean the onion and finely chop. Clean and crush cloves of garlic. Heat the oil, fry the onion, then pour the crushed garlic in it, and put it immediately water so that the garlic does not burn.

Stir in minced meat, salt, pepper, and spices. Steam the meat, if necessary plus water, and cook under lid-about 15-20 minutes. Then, mix tomato paste in the meat. In a couple of minutes, fry with the tomatoes together. If you need to pour a little water on before you remove it from the stove if you have little sauce. You’re done with the sauce!

Cook the pasta in slightly salted, oily water for about 9 minutes, then filter and wash. Mix the sauce with the pasta, sprinkle with cheese and decorate with fresh spices.

This spaghetti bolognese recipe is still easy and super simple to make. It will feed four people, but if you need to make breakfast for more people, all you have to do is double up on the quantities. It takes approximately 50 mins to make, so you can have breakfast ready on the table in less than an hour, perfect if you want a homemade and filling supper but don’t have much time.
